We are certified arborists experienced in maintaining and caring for individual trees as well as urban forests. We are well-versed in landscape and habitat restoration.

Safety trimming & preventative maintenance to improve the appearance, health, and stability of your trees by:

  • evaluating condition of trees, addressing specific problems and outlining solutions
  • eliminating crossover branches
  • removing limbs that interfere with wires, building facades, gutters, roofs, chimneys, or windows, or that block streets or sidewalks
  • removing dead or weak limbs that create a hazard or may lead to decay
  • removing diseased or insect-infested limbs
  • creating better structure to lessen wind resistance and reduce the potential for wind damage

Expert removal of potentially hazardous trees

  • safety assessment of trees
  • proper removal equipment such as whole tree chippers for higher volume tree removal, Hobbs lowering device, and crane-work

24 hour emergency tree removal service or repair

  • removing limbs or entire trees damaged by adverse weather conditions
  • Storms may cause limbs or entire trees to fall, often landing on other trees, homes and other structures, or cars. The weight of storm-damaged trees is great, and they can be dangerous to remove or trim. An arborist can assist in performing the job in a safe manner, while reducing further risk of damage to property

Fire breaks & lot clearing

An area in which all flammable vegetation or combustible growth is removed and cleared away, thereby eliminating fire hazardous vegetation fuels which can rapidly transmit fire. Ornamental landscaping is permissible within a firebreak as long as it is adequately irrigated, maintained and spaced so as not to provide a means of rapidly transmitting fire.

All flammable vegetation or combustible growth is reduced and cleared away according to established standards, thereby limiting the mass and arrangement of fire hazardous vegetation fuels which can rapidly transmit fire. Appropriate ornamental landscaping is permissible within a fuel break. Fuel reduction standards for fuel breaks limit the height of certain vegetation (brush, native shrubs, weeds and grasses), remove from trees any fuels which can ladder fire into the canopies, and provide adequate spacing between remaining plants.

Native Oak care

  • root care and aeration
  • thinning to remove dead or diseased plant matter while reinvigorating growth
  • artistic  shaping while maintaining a healthy canopy
  • thinning allows light to the interior of the tree improving better photosynthesis and vigor

Diagnosis & treatment

  • Insect & disease diagnosis
  • root crown excavation andinspection for fungal root diseases
  • safety assessment of trees

View restoration & Aesthetic trimming

  • removing branches, or thinning, to increase light penetration
  • training young trees
  • improving the shape or silhouette of the tree
  • thinning and crown reduction

Crane service

  • plant large trees
  • offloading of heavy logs
  • emergency tree removal service

Stump grinding

  • removal of tree stumps below ground level
